SidFest
The festival
Since 2017, SidFest has brought together top French metal acts and local bands in Tours. A non-profit festival, run by volunteers.
SidFest is run by the non-profit Rock Style, founded in 2004 in Touraine to put on gigs, support bands and keep the local rock and metal scene alive.
The festival grew up at the Espace Gentiana in Tours, as a one-night event, before moving in 2022 to the Oésia cultural centre in Notre-Dame-d’Oé. Since 2023 it has run over two days, and sold out in 2023 and 2025.
