I didn’t get my ticket, what should I do?

HelloAsso sends it to the address entered when buying: check your spam folder. You can also find it in your HelloAsso account, or write to us through the contact page.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No: the QR code on your phone is enough. It is scanned at the entrance.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, while places last, at the on-the-door price. The 2023 and 2025 editions sold out: buying in advance is strongly recommended.

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are neither refunded nor exchanged, except if the festival is cancelled. Don’t buy tickets from strangers on social media: there are many scams. Use the official resale page instead.

HelloAsso asks me for a contribution, is it compulsory?

No. HelloAsso funds its platform with voluntary tips: you can set it to €0 when paying.

Getting there

How do I get to the Oésia venue?

Oésia is in Notre-Dame-d’Oé, about ten minutes north of Tours. By bus, Fil Bleu network from Tours; by car, think carpooling. Address and directions are on the Practical info page.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking around the venue, with reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility.

Can I camp on site?

No, there is no campsite. Hotels and B&Bs in Tours and the surrounding area.

At the festival

How do I pay at the bar and food stands?

With tokens (1 token = €1), sold at the token desk by card or cash. Tokens are not refundable.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes, as long as you keep your ticket or wristband.

What is not allowed?

Glass bottles, outside food and drink, dangerous objects, flares and fireworks. Bags may be checked at the entrance.

Children & accessibility

Can children come?

Yes! There is a reduced price for under-12s. Minors remain under the responsibility of an adult, and ear defenders are a must for the youngest.

Is the festival wheelchair accessible?

The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with reserved parking spaces. For any specific need, let us know in advance through the contact page.
