Privacy
The data controller is the Rock Style association (French non-profit) (17 allée des Rogareaux, 37190 Azay-le-Rideau). Data is only used to organise the festival: it is never sold or transferred, and never used for advertising.

Tickets are sold by HelloAsso, which is the controller for that processing: see its privacy policy. The festival imports the information needed to follow sales.
Who can access it
Authorised members of the organising team, each according to their role (ticket buyers’ data is restricted to administrators), and the website host. Data is hosted in France.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement requiring consent. It only sets cookies needed for it to work: session (cart, team login). Your display preferences (accessibility, “My schedule”) are stored in your browser only. If audience measurement is enabled, it works without cookies or personal data (Plausible).
Some pages embed third-party content: YouTube videos (privacy-enhanced mode), Spotify and Deezer players, an OpenStreetMap map, the HelloAsso ticket form. These services may set their own cookies when you use them.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time, through the contact form or at contact@sidfest.fr. If you disagree, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
