Humorous, politically engaged rock band, Les Fatals Picards represented France at Eurovision 2007 with “L'Amour à la française”.
Started by Ivan Callot under the name Les Fourmis violentes, the band became Les Fatals Picards in 1998. It mixes humour, irony and political commitment, moving from chanson française to ska and rock.
The band represented France at the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest with L'Amour à la française. It has since released many albums, including Espèces menacées (2019), and none of its current members is actually from Picardy.
