Percussion collective formed in 1987 near Nevers, Les Tambours du Bronx pound metal drums to industrial and metal rhythms.
Formed in 1987 in Varennes-Vauzelles, near Nevers, Les Tambours du Bronx take their name from a working-class railway workers’ district, where their first oil drums came from. Their shows are built around powerful percussion staging.
Initially geared towards industrial, Afrobeat and techno, their music turned heavily metal with the album WOMP, as guitars, drums and singers joined the drummers.
