Festive rock legends from Boulogne-sur-Mer, famous for their tongue-in-cheek humour, outrageous costumes and wild shows since 1986.
Started in Boulogne-sur-Mer by Franck Vandecasteele (Mouloud), Marcel et son Orchestre played its first gig in 1986. The band stands out for its costumes, its brass section and its love of fooling around.
Very active on the alternative scene around the turn of the millennium, it claims more than 400,000 albums sold and over 1,000 gigs.
