Formed in Paris in 2010, Poésie Zéro plays French-language punk rock with deliberately naive, self-deprecating lyrics. The band describes itself as “la nullité mieux que tous” (“better at being rubbish than anyone”).
It has released eight albums, nearly all of them titled L'album bleu, and made its name in 2015 with the song Nadine. It played Hellfest in 2023.
