Toulouse band founded in 1995, Psykup plays unclassifiable metal that it calls “autruche core”.
Formed in Toulouse in 1995, Psykup mixes metal, pop and groove, with influences ranging from Strapping Young Lad to Mr. Bungle and Primus. The band calls its own style “autruche core” (“ostrich core”).
A member of the Antistatic collective alongside Sidilarsen, it released Le Temps de la réflexion (2002) and then L'Ombre et la proie (2005), before putting out several records on Verycords.
